Harris County Soccer Association Select Program

Harris County United Futbol Club (HCUFC)

The purpose of the Select Program (Harris County United Futbol Club, HCUFC) is to provide a positive, fun filled environment, encouraging individual player growth beyond what is normally available through recreational soccer. HCUFC provides its players with a more competitive level of soccer than that found at the recreational and all-star levels.

HCUFC teams are gender specific. Two tournaments are played in the season, one at the beginning and one at the end. All games are played on the weekends, with most being on Saturdays and only a few on Sundays. There are typically 2 games per weekend, and teams travel to surrounding cities such as: Columbus, Atlanta, Macon, Warner Robins, Smith Station and Auburn.

The registration fee to play HCUFC is $250 per season. HCUFC Program directors will work with local sponsors to raise money to help cover the cost of registration fees and uniforms; however, any remaining fees and uniform costs may be paid throughout the season. Registration fees include tournament fees, trainers, and equipment for coaches. In addition to the registration fee, all players must have a uniform. Uniforms can be purchased from coaches. Practice shirts, black shorts, and black socks are to be worn at every practice.
